The submission of the order by the purchaser represents its full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Security

The merchant accepts various secure payment methods. All data transmitted between the web server and the browsers will remain private and integral.

Rates

Prices for products and services are displayed before taxes in Canadian dollars (CAD). Taxes are added at the time of order validation and vary according to the province where the buyer lives. Taxes will appear on the order/invoice. All taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are subject to change. All prices are subject to change without notice or notification. In the event that the price of a product is incorrect, due to typographical error(s) or error(s) regarding the price, the merchant reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, even if the order has been confirmed and the credit card charged. If the account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, the merchant will refund the amount corresponding to the incorrect price.

Orders and acceptance

All orders placed by the buyer cannot be cancelled and are subject to acceptance by the seller. The merchant reserves the right to refuse any order placed by the customer and/or to limit the quantities of any order.

Products and services are available for purchase if they are on the merchant website and quantities remain available. If a derivative product or service is not available after the order has been placed, the merchant will notify the customer immediately. If the merchant website remains unable to complete the order, the order will be cancelled automatically, and no charge will be made.
